That is most definitely what she said.
BAMF of the Day: While filming an episode of the German TV show called Durch die Nacht mit… (Into the Night with...), Henry Rollins and Iranian visual artist Shirin Neshat were heckled by a group of hipsters in an East Village record store.
Rollins, not known for his backing-down skills, promptly responds. (tl;dw: The actual exchange starts @ 1:24.)
[warmingglow.]
I love you, Henry Rollins.

This Is Lovely, You Should Listen To It of the Day: Brian Williams’s honey-timbred daughter Allison performs Nat King Cole’s “Nature Boy” to the tune of RJD2’s “A Beautiful Mine” (AKA the Mad Men theme music).
According to the video’s description, the entire performance was recorded live — “no cuts, dubbing, lip-syncing or auto-tuning” — and filmed in one take.

I just…I’m so…where did this even come from?

Yes.
Need to see this: Notre Jour Viendra by Romain Gavras.
If you don’t know who Romain Gavras is, he is the director of M.I.A.’s Born Free video and Justice’s Stress video.
EDIT: On closer inspection of that trailer, I feel that M.I.A.’s Born Free video might have something to do with the movie. Plus, the title of the movie translated to English is “Our Day Will Come”. The words “Our Day Will Come” are in the mural in the background of the M.I.A. video. Coincidence? I hope not!
Sippin on some sizzurp.

Yep, you got me!
Art Project of the Day: London-based illustrator Matt Williams, in a full-body Bart Simpson costume, writes out every single Simpsons chalkboard gag, in chronological order, on the Work Club ad agency’s 22m-long blackboard wall.
[nerdcore.]
I like the very noticeable weight difference between the guy actually skateboarding and the artist writing on the chalkboard.
